We are offering a number of real estate photography packages to better fit your needs.  If you do not see exactly what you need though, please contact us to create a custom package deal.  All of our real estate packages include phone consultations, an onsite appointment at the home and a final package delivered directly to your office.

  Please try to book your photography appointment at least one week in advance.  Availability is not guaranteed two weeks prior to appointment so book your appointment as soon as you can coordinate with the seller.  To book an appointment simply contact us.  Appointments can be made Monday - Friday / 9:30 am - 2:30 pm.  Multiple bookings for the same day, within a 10 mile radius, may be eligible for a discount.

• Pictures will also be uploaded to a server and incorporated into a web gallery you can link your listings to.  This web page will consist of your photos, tastefully presented in a gallery format. It can also contain any text about you, your listing, your company or any other graphics you might like.  A custom gallery template with custom web graphics can be created for an additional charge. 

• CD creation of best pictures and web page with Priority mail shipment to your office.

• Guaranteed 48 hour turn-around between time of photography and time of shipment.

Package 4 : Exterior & interior photo's + Floor plan illustration

• Up to 60 minutes of phone consultations regarding project.

• 60 to 120 minute photography & measurement session with a minimum of 80 pictures taken and all major measurements taken along with a rough sketch of property dimensions.

• Web and/or print optimization of best 30 pictures.

• Vector illustration of floor plan with or without all major measurements noted (please let us know whether you want these included or not).  Both the vector version and a high resolution raster image for printing purposes will be provided.

• CD creation of best pictures and floor plans with Priority mail shipment to your office.

• Guaranteed 4 business day turn-around between time of photography & measurement and time of shipment.

• In order to guarantee a time-efficient floor plan, measurements will be taken of all interior rooms and major features but an exact, to-scale replica of home is not guaranteed.

• Floor plan creation includes up to two plans, one for each house story needed.  Additional plan layers can be added as needed.
