In addition to Pro bono work for NPO's, I am also offering discounted services to important city and county departments that offer a vital service to the community (IE; Police departments, Fire departments, Courts, Juvenile Justice Programs, Water Departments, etc). I will not be offering this discount to individuals working for the government. This offer is also not applicable to offices or departments that do not fulfill a vital and direct service to the people of the community. The discount for qualifying governmental organizations will be 25% across the board. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

NPO's that are eligible must be actively helping actual people within the Mahoning Valley area of Northeast Ohio. Unless offering a vital service to the community (like job training or food banks), religious organizations will not be eligible on their own. Nonprofits based in the Mahoning Valley but having a primary mission lying outside the Mahoning Valley, will not be eligible. Political organizations will not be eligible either, unless fully bipartisan and also working to benefit the community through political action of a bipartisan nature. Most importantly, your organization does not necessarily have to be legally classified as an NPO but can simply be a small group of people or a person whom is working to benefit the community and can prove a need for increased community awareness through the usage of a website or any of the other services I might be able to offer. Pro-bono work is given based on need. NPO's with large advertising budgets will not be eligible. NPO's that attempt to defraud Vortex Design by altering their advertising budget estimate will be held liable for any and all normal charges that would have been incurred if charged the normal rate. Vortex Design reserves the right to investigate all potential Pro-bono clients to assure their organization is in good standing within the community.
Any organization wishing to apply for free work, must submit a proposal letter with the following information:

• The name and address of your organization
• The primary mission of your organization and all general locations of the people that you help.
• An estimate of how many people you help with your organization on a monthly basis.
• A full description of the type of project that you need help with. Please be as detailed as possible.
• An estimate of your annual advertising budget.
• Your project deadline.
• The name and contact information of the primary person who will have responsibility for the project once it is completed or who will be overseeing the project through completion.
• Any other information you feel may be relevant to your application.
